of these Makeover Regulations. LogoBee Inc. reserves the right to verify
qualifications of any candidate and to disqualify any candidate found to
be in violation of the Makeover Regulations. LogoBee Inc. is not responsible
or liable for misaddressed, lost, late, ineligible, destroyed, stolen, incomplete,
or illegible Makeover Submissions. Candidates must agree that all information
submitted is complete and accurate. As a condition of entry, LogoBee Inc.
has a right to publicize or broadcast winning organization's name and/or
likeness without additional compensation. Candidates are responsible for
any and all taxes incurred on prizes received. LogoBee Inc. assumes no responsibility
for the failure of the internet or website during the Makeover period, or
email or traffic congestion on the internet or website that may interfere
with the Makeover submission process. Prize winners must sign a declaration
confirming understanding and compliance with and acceptance of said Makeover
Regulations, the acceptance of the Prize awarded, and a release of all liability
satisfactory to LogoBee Inc., before being officially declared a Prize winner. |
