Logo Description:
This is a crest type logo design. It features multiple aspects of the laboratory functions: computer, mechanic, physics, chemistry, holograms, electronics. One color, conservative, pictorial design is a great match for a reputable, no-nonsense science lab.
Design Requirements:
Design a logo, emblem for the brand. I really like the logo from Applied Research Laboratories from Texas University Austin. Then inside the circle you can see an icon of all the disciplines that are covered in the lab. In the core of the circle you can see the initials of the laboratory. I really like the aesthetics of the icons that they used, but would not mind trying different styles for our logo.
